What you are buying
The vehicle walkthrough and local draft are free. The optional online vehicle record has a one-time price shown before checkout in your chosen payment currency, with no subscription. Payment covers one record with private online access for 12 months from the date it is finalised. The final total is shown at Stripe Checkout before you pay.
After payment, return to this site in the same browser and keep it open while the photos upload. The site will show your private record link once finalisation succeeds. Save that link and keep your original photos. If your upload stops, reopen the completion page in the original browser; do not pay a second time. Email support if you cannot complete it.
What the record shows
The record displays the details, notes and photos supplied by the person creating it. A server receipt time and photo digests help identify what was saved online. They do not independently verify when or where photos were taken, vehicle ownership, the condition of parts outside the photos, or who is responsible for damage. The record is not an insurance assessment or legal finding.
Privacy and deletion
Anyone with the complete private link can view the record. You can delete the online record and photos using that link; deletion is permanent. Access ends 12 months after finalisation and a scheduled process removes expired records. Read our privacy notice for how payment and support information is handled.
Refunds and problems
If you change your mind, email [email protected] within 14 days of payment to request a full refund. If you have paid but cannot complete or access your record, contact us and we will help or refund you if we cannot resolve it. These arrangements do not limit any statutory rights you may have.
Your use
Only upload material you are entitled to use. Avoid including sensitive information or identifiable people unless necessary. You are responsible for checking the details and photos before purchase and for sharing the private link only with people you trust. We may prevent use that abuses the service or violates applicable law.
